Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 70 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of active lupus, vasculitis, myositis, or scleroderma that is moderate to severe.
  • You have tried at least two treatments that did not work well enough.
  • Your organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys) are working well enough to handle the treatment.
  • You weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kilograms).
  • You are not pregnant or nursing, and have no recent serious infections, cancer, or prior CAR T-cell therapy.
