Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a donor who is a family member or unrelated volunteer (not cord blood).
  • You have high levels of antibodies against your donor, despite prior treatment attempts.
  • Your organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, blood counts) are healthy enough for a transplant.
  • You have not received Darzalex or similar anti-CD38 drugs before.
  • You do not have multiple myeloma or AL amyloidosis.
