Who can take part

  • You must be between 5 and 40 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with CVID or another immune regulation disorder.
  • Two specific treatments (mycophenolate mofetil and a drug like rituximab) have not worked for you.
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver must be working well enough for the transplant.
  • You must agree to use birth control for up to 12 months after the transplant.
