Blood pressure cuff treatment for memory loss from small vessel disease

Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 80 years old.
  • You have been told by your doctor that you have cerebral small vessel disease (a condition affecting small blood vessels in the brain).
  • You have mild memory or thinking problems, with a specific thinking test score between 18 and 25.
  • You are able to give your permission to be in the study, or have someone who can do that for you.
  • You do not have any serious health problems like recent heart attack, severe liver or kidney disease, or a bleeding disorder.
  • You are able to have MRI scans (no metal implants or severe claustrophobia).
