Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has worsened after standard treatment, or you cannot have standard treatment.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
  • You must be able to swallow pills whole.
  • You must have good organ function, such as adequate blood counts and liver/kidney function.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for a period after treatment.
