Study of Retifanlimab and Ruxolitinib for Certain Cancers
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, retifanlimab and ruxolitinib, for people with advanced kidney cancer (clear cell renal cell carcinoma) or lung cancer (non-small cell lung carcinoma) whose cancer has grown after previous treatment with a type of immunotherapy called PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. The goal is to see if this combination can help when standard treatments are no longer working.
