Blood test to find T-DXd candidates for breast cancer
This trial uses a blood test to look for tumor DNA in women with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-low). If the DNA doesn't disappear after starting standard hormone therapy with a CDK4/6 inhibitor, participants may be switched to a targeted drug called T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan).
