This trial studies whether Huaier granules can improve kidney disease activity in people with “idiopathic membranous nephropathy” who test positive for PLA2R antibodies and are still not in remission. Participants will also have been on standard blood-pressure/kidney-protecting treatment (called RASI) for at least 4 weeks.
