Study liver injury from checkpoint cancer immunotherapy
This study looks at why some people develop liver inflammation after checkpoint inhibitor cancer treatment, called checkpoint inhibitor–induced liver injury (ChILI). It compares people with ChILI to similar cancer patients who are starting the same type of immunotherapy, to better understand and track these liver injury events.

It may help shrink tumors and improve control of the cancer in people who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease.
