This Phase 2 trial studies whether the study medicines SI-B003 alone or together with BL-B01D1 plus SI-B003 can shrink or control advanced cancers that have not responded to standard treatment (or where standard treatment isn’t possible). It also looks at safety and how well the treatment works in people whose cancer can be measured on scans.
