Why amivantamab stops working in certain lung cancers
This study looks at how and why lung cancers with a specific EGFR mutation (exon 20 insertion) become resistant to the drug amivantamab. It collects blood and tumor samples from patients whose cancer has progressed on amivantamab to better understand resistance.
