This study looks at how the gut and lungs affect breathing problems in children. It compares samples from children with and without respiratory illnesses to understand why some children get sicker than others.
GlasgowAges birth–16 years - NCT05062837RecruitingPhase 2/Phase 3
Surgery plus two drugs for advanced liver cancer
This trial combines surgery to remove liver tumors with two drugs, camrelizumab (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system fight cancer) and apatinib (a targeted therapy that may cut off the tumor's blood supply). It aims to see if this combination helps people with advanced liver cancer that has spread outside the liver (but not to the brain) and who have chosen not to have other standard treatments like TACE or radiation. Participating could potentially control the spreading cancer and improve outcomes.
NanningAges 18–75 - NCT06151262RecruitingPhase 2
Trilaciclib plus mFOLFIRINOX for advanced pancreatic cancer
This trial tests a new drug, trilaciclib, combined with a standard chemotherapy regimen (mFOLFIRINOX) for people with advanced pancreatic cancer who have not yet had treatment. The goal is to see if adding trilaciclib can help reduce side effects and improve how well the treatment works.
Nanjing, JiangsuAges 18–75 - NCT06228963RecruitingPhase 2
Orelabrutinib for H. pylori-positive gastric MALT lymphoma
This trial tests a targeted drug called orelabrutinib for people with a specific type of stomach lymphoma that is linked to an active H. pylori infection. The goal is to see if the drug can help shrink or control the lymphoma.

Transvaginal surgery vs standard laparoscopy for right colon removal
This study compares two surgical approaches for removing the right side of the colon in certain women with colon cancer or a high-risk pre-cancer. It aims to see whether the less invasive transvaginal approach can be done safely and work as well as standard laparoscopic surgery.
ShanghaiAges 18–75 - NCT06278545RecruitingPhase 2
Chemotherapy for unremovable small bowel cancer
This trial tests two standard chemotherapy combinations (FOLFIRINOX and FOLFOX) in people with small bowel adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. It aims to see which works better for people who haven't had chemotherapy before.
DijonAges 18 years+ - NCT01935778RecruitingPhase 3
Extra chemo after stomach cancer surgery: compare two drug plans
This Phase 3 trial tests which combination of chemotherapy works better after surgery for stage IIIB/IV stomach or stomach–esophagus junction adenocarcinoma. Participants get randomized to one of two chemotherapy plans to see which helps people live longer and/or prevents cancer from coming back.
SeoulAges 20–75 - NCT06277024Recruiting
Combination therapy for advanced HER2-negative stomach cancer
This trial tests a combination of immunotherapy (candenizumab), a targeted therapy (lenvatinib), and chemotherapy (SOX regimen) for advanced HER2-negative stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not been treated before. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and works better than standard treatments.
